Fiesta® 5‑Year Limited Chip Warranty

The Fiesta Tableware Company warrants all first‑quality dinnerware made by The Fiesta Tableware Company against chipping under normal usage conditions for a period of five (5) years from the date of delivery. This warranty applies to all Fiesta dinnerware, bakeware, and accessories.

What is covered:

  • Chipping that occurs under normal, everyday usage

  • Manufacturing defects in material and workmanship

  • Replacement with identical or equivalent pieces on a one‑for‑one basis

What is not covered:

  • Breakage or chipping caused by drops, falls, or knocking against something

  • Damage from misuse, abuse, or abnormal wear

  • Normal wear and tear that does not impair functionality

  • Items purchased from unauthorized retailers

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If your Fiesta dinnerware has chipped under normal usage:

    • Clear photos of the chipped item

  2. We will assist you with:
